How I have developed my reading habit

I will show you my step-by-step action points how I have developed my reading habit. Just a few months ago, I was having extreme stressful condition of my life. I could not be able to figure out how to overcome those unexpected situations happening with me. 

One day in between that critical period, I met a stranger who actually introduced me with the power of reading books to improve the mental wellbeing. I was intrigued by his idea of reading books to improve brain power and took following steps immediately: 

Step -01: I took a 15-day challenge of reading every day and accomplished the challenges successfully which eventually helped me to understand my inner calling. 

Step – 02: I had completed reading the following books in my 15 days challenge. You can also take a challenge if you are not a reader yet.

(ii) Atomic Habits by James Clear 

(iii) The Art and Business of Online Writing by Nicolas Cole

(iv) Reclaim Your Heart by Yasmin Mogahed

Step -03: I thoroughly searched a virtual mentor who can guide me to find right books. I am very thankful to Ali Abdaal and Ismail Kamdar for their inspirational videos which helped me to find right kind of books for me. You can check out their website too for book recommendations. 

Step – 04: I bought a kindle. Now I can easily read book anywhere I go. You will no longer need to carry your books as long as you have a kindle. 

Finally, I have started my own blog where I write to explore my curiosity. You can create your own blog to put your works in a single bucket. Having a personal blog shall motivate you reading every day to create and share something which is beneficial for others.
